This stunning 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa offers 70 feet of direct waterfront with breathtaking panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the iconic Miami skyline. Fully furnished with luxury linens, towels, and modern decor

Other things to note
To complete your reservation, a contract will be sent to you after reservation.

- Book 7 nights or more and get 5% to 10% taken off automatically. Certain dates restriction.

For your comfort, we provide the following:
- Welcome amenity provided: bottle of wine, shower gel, original nespresso capsules for your fist day.
- Free Wifi.
- Sonos System
- 5 TVs total. 75" TV in the living room.
- All TVs are smart TVs with access to netflix.
- Wire internet available for business meetings.
- The pool company comes once a week to clean the pool, usually on Wednesday, mid-day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks, usually in the morning.
- Additional Housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. We require an additional cleaning for stays over seven days to maintain the quality of the villa.
- Children welcome.
