Guest access
• Entire home is exclusively yours: complete privacy, no shared spaces, no neighbors above, no common areas
• Full private entrance from the street with gated entry and smart-lock access + video intercom system for secure entry
• Multi-level PH accessed exclusively by stairs (no elevator). Due to the interior staircases, the property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations or families traveling with very young children.

Select, pre-approved events (maximum 25 guests) — such as intimate weddings, milestone celebrations and corporate gatherings — are welcome via a bespoke event contract (inquire for rates).
All events must comply with local noise ordinances and are monitored utilizing smart-decibel technology. Unapproved events or parties are not permitted and will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund
