Surrounded by 3 hectares of private parkland—pine forest, 600-tree olive grove, orchard, and a 15m pool—the villa blends historic stone architecture with modern design. Welcome to Masseria Li Cafari, a meticulously restored 16th-century masseria set in the protected natural reserve of Porto Selvaggio, near Nardò. Just 1,500 meters from the sea, the property is nestled within 3 hectares of private land, including a pine forest, a 600-tree olive grove, fruit and vegetable gardens, and a new 15×5m swimming pool immersed in nature.

Once a rural stone farmhouse, Li Cafari has been transformed into a sophisticated retreat that harmoniously merges its centuries-old structure with sleek contemporary architecture. A fully glazed atrium connects the two historic wings, creating a 7-meter-high luminous centerpiece that highlights the masseria’s original stonework while opening the interiors to nature.
