Please note that the villa is accessed by 94 outdoor steps from the street — a small ascent that rewards you with complete privacy and one of Dubrovnik’s most spectacular views. Our team is happy to assist with luggage upon arrival.

The villa spans multiple levels and terraces, offering panoramic spaces to enjoy throughout the day. Dubrovnik’s historic architecture and hillside layout are part of its unique charm, and the villa embraces this authentic Mediterranean character.

Once you reach the street level, you can walk to the Old Town via two flat routes (Pile or Ploče gates) or take the scenic staircase entry through the Buža gate. Each path brings you to the heart of the Old Town within 5–10 minutes.
