The tranquil spot feels a world away from the hustle and bustle of Camps Bay, yet it is just minutes’ drive from bars, restaurants and the iconic pristine beach.

The space
Falcon Peak comprises two private, entirely self-contained, luxury three-bedroom villas, which can also be used in unison as one exceptional six ensuite bedroom property for a larger group. Designed by renowned local architect Jed Kritzinger, in collaboration with SK Properties, it is a fusion of natural materials which subtly mirror the breathtaking surroundings, and state-of-the art opulence. Private access onto Table Mountain, with its myriad hiking trails and dazzling flora, renders this property unique indeed.

Villa Amanzi, on the lower floor, has facial-recognition lift access, and can be entered via the double garage or front door. A bright, spacious entrance area leads into a light-filled, open-plan living/dining room; the deluxe kitchen has integrated and free-standing SMEG appliances, and a separate utility area. Fully opening glass doors on one side lead to an expansive, covered terrace with glorious ocean views. It is equipped with a large stylish dining table, loungers and a Weber braai. On the other side, the living room opens onto a tranquil lawned courtyard with plunge pool. There are three beautifully-appointed double bedrooms, all ensuite, two with walk-in showers, the third, a free standing bath. Each has extensive built-in cabinetry, king-size bed with high-tech mattress and smart TV. It is hard to overstate the attention to detail, care and flair that has gone into creating this exquisite property, where your holiday of dreams can become reality. Italian fixtures and fittings, handpicked art, mood downlighting, exquisite Brokis glass chandeliers and luxurious linens abound. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and automated blinds, ensuring that cool and shade is immediately available on hot summer days. The landscaping has been completed by renowned local firm African Landscape Design, who have created luscious outdoor spaces using succulents, fynbos and grasses native to the area.

Guest access
The property is within a 30 minute drive from Cape Town International Airport at most times of the day. Uber offers a quick, safe and reliable transfer option but we can also arrange private transfers if arranged in advance with prices quoted according to the time of day and size of the party.

Secure parking is offered for a single car per property in a lock up garage with direct access to the entrance hall and lift with private apartment access.

Additional street parking is also available.

Other things to note
Each apartment is very well equipped including Smeg appliances throughout the kitchen and utility areas. A Nespresso machine is included plus a complimentary welcome pack.

A Weber gas Braai is also available upon request.

All linen and towels including beach towels are provided.

A daily housekeeping service is included from Monday to Friday on times to be agreed at your convenience to refresh the apartment.

A weekend and public holiday service is also available at an additional cost upon request.

The property is located in world famous Camps Bay nestled between Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. There is direct access to the many mountain trails and along the pipe track towards Lions Head. The beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton and a range of local restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive and there is also easy access to City Bowl, Cape Town City Centre and The Waterfront.

This is a truly magnificent location suitable for guests who want to be active or those who just want to relax.
