Accessed by a private arched wooden trestle bridge spanning the North Fork of the Provo River, this 5-acre estate blends timeless craftsmanship with mountain elegance. The chateau features 5 ensuite bedrooms including a bunk room, soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and fireplaces throughout.

The Bunk Room has a desk and the main floor private family room behind the french door can be used as dedicated work spaces.

MODERN CONVENIENCES:
A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall near the guest suites. There is also a full washer and dryer in the primary suite. The fully equipped kitchen features a large subzero refrigerator, chef's gas oven/range, dishwasher, and microwave. It's stocked with all major cooking essentials and serve-ware for large groups. Additionally, there is a coffee maker with ground coffee, filters, sweetener and creamer. You’ll also find a blende, toaster and many other appliances tucked away.

IDYLLIC NATURE SETTING:
Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on one of the expansive decks, preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or working remotely in a serene setting, this chateau offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is variable on the mountain depending on your carrier. WiFi calling is always an option. Our internet service is provided by Starlink and is reliable but is subject to adverse weather and outages due to our location, please be aware of this before booking.

LOCATION: We are located just minutes to Sundance Resort. This home is not "ski in-ski out." Sundance is only 15 minutes from Orem Utah and 20 minutes to Heber / Midway, both great options for additional shopping and restaurants outside of Sundance. Roads are well maintained but can be narrow, especially in winter months. Snow removal crews rely on our guests to keep their vehicles in designated parking areas. If you block a snowplow from progressing because you are parked incorrectly, you car may be towed. It is highly recommended you only have 4WD vehicles between Nov and April 30 when booking this home as the road leading to and from the home can be quite snowy.

INSECTS/ETC: We are located in a rural setting and have regularly scheduled pest control services, even so, you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this cabin and take into account how comfortable you are with this before booking.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire home with the exception of locked closets the owners keep for their personal use/storage. The garage is also for your use along with the entire driveway. Please pull all cars on the driveway and do not park on the opposite side of the bridge. The property located across the private custom built trestle bridge on a large and beautiful tree filled alpine estate with interesting pathways, outdoor gathering and seating areas, fire pits and decks. We ask that you stay on the property and do not stray on to our neighbors property.

There are multiple beautiful areas down by the river. Please be careful as the river can run very fast and can be dangerous at all times especially for very young children or the elderly.

Other things to note
Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely. Minimum booking g age is 35.
