LOCATION
The villa is in the up and coming Tumbak Bayuh area of Canggu. Nearby is Nude, one of our favourite all day restaurants, with yummy breakfasts and mouth watering dinners. Don’t miss their poke bowls – or their Sangria. If you are travelling with kids, Parklife is a must visit. Close to the villa, this park and family hub has huge playgrounds both inside and outside, a bounce area, a restaurant, and runs a wide range of classes and activities for children. And you are only a few minutes away from Batu Bolong by bike – as well as the beach, here you have an endless choice of restaurants, cafés and bars. Try Luma for the best fresh fish, and then head over to Black Sand Brewery and stay till the early hours.

Thoughtful detail, natural materials, and sense of calm and flow characterize this beautiful light-filled 5bed, 5.5 bath villa. It’s set in a peaceful location in Canggu’s up and coming Tumbak Bayuh area, and is just a short hop from its cafes and restaurants, beaches, bars and spas.
THE ENTRANCE HALL:
• This stunning entrance hall sets the tone for the villa, with the airy canopy of a Madagascar Almond tree reaching up into the light filled two storey void.
THE LIVING SPACES:
• The downstairs of the villa flows from one living space to another, with plenty of nooks to meet, socialize, relax, or be alone. Sliding glass walls link the villa to its natural landscape with views over gardens, rice fields and the river that flows by the property. Décor and art is thoughtfully curated, with local artists, natural materials and textures and warm tones bringing a sense of calm.
• The main kitchen, dining and living room is the heart of the villa. It is a large open plan social and multi use space overlooking the river, the pool and the gardens.
• The primary dining table seats 10 pax. There is also a casual dining space with a mix of sofa and chair seating here, also seating up to 10 pax.
• This living area of this open plan space also features a huge sofa, and a movie projector.
• A separate living room located on the other side of the entrance hall features comfortable sofas and a large coffee table area, inviting guests to slow down and socialize. With floor to ceiling windows, it looks out over the garden and pool.
• A smaller covered outdoor veranda lies next to the living room, offering a quiet peaceful space for reflection.
• Also downstairs is the media room, which also converts into a fifth bedroom. The media room features comfortable chaise seating and a movie projector.
THE KITCHENS & BBQ AREA:
• The villa has three kitchens in total.
• The primary kitchen is at the centre of the villa, a fully equipped kitchen in an open plan area encompassing dining and seating space.
• It features a huge island countertop, all necessary appliances including top end coffee making, and careful attention to design detail.
• The second kitchen is a covered outdoor BBQ area with full kitchen facilities including sink, wine refrigerator and oven. There is also a dining space here.
• The third kitchen is fully equipped and primarily used as a prep kitchen for staff
THE POOL AND GARDEN:
• The centrepiece of the garden is a generous 20m pool, suited to both refreshing dips and swimming laps. It also has a shallow area, perfect for kids.
• The gardens and lounge spaces around the pool are carefully designed and planted. Sun loungers sit under a pergola adorned with bougainvillea, while frangipani, elephant ears and bowls of lotus flowers link the garden to its tropical setting. Comfortable seating around the pool and garden allows for a relaxing poolside drink.
• There is an outdoor shower to facilitate the shift from swimming to outdoor dining and relaxation.
THE YOGA SHALA:
• Upstairs is a large, calming yoga shala. With an antique gong, windchimes, a Buddha fountain and views over the river, rice fields and gardens, this is a place for respite as well as yoga practice – there is also a generous seating area.
THE MASTER BEDROOM:
• The master bedroom upstairs is a generous sized room with a private terrace and views over the garden.
• It features a king-sized bed with ornate headboard, a ceiling fan and AC, comfortable seating and a very large TV
• The couch can also be converted into a single bed for a child
• There is also a massage bed
• The terrace has chaise seating, a coffee table and a lotus bowl. It also has a retractable cover.
• There is a full dressing room with extensive closet space
• The private bathroom includes a large shower, bathtub with garden views, double sink, and a separate toilet
THE GUEST BEDROOMS:
• There are three standard guest bedrooms, plus a media room which converts into a fourth guest bedroom.
• Two guest bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own terrace with sofa overlooking the pool and gardens. Downstairs is the third guest bedroom and the media room/guest bathroom.
• Each standard guest room features a king-sized bed which can be converted into two twin beds.
• Each bedroom also has AC, ceiling fan and closet space.
• All guest bedrooms have a private bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower with both rain and hand held shower heads, and a bathtub positioned against the floor to ceiling window, with planter boxes for privacy.
• The media room/guest bedroom provides ideal accommodation for children. The modular chaise seating easily converts into a bed, and the room has AC and two ceiling fans. There is an ensuite bathroom with a double sink and a bathtub.
