Top Level – Living, Dining & Kitchen

The top floor is an entertainer’s dream, featuring a bright, open-concept living area with plush seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart TV for cozy evenings in. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, ample counter space, and a large dining table for eight, plus seating for four at the kitchen island. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner alfresco at the outdoor table for four, all while soaking in the breathtaking gondola and mountain views. A convenient half bath completes this level.

Main Level – Two King Suites & Lounge

Retreat to the main level, where two luxurious king suites promise restful nights and hotel-quality comfort. The primary suite features a gas fireplace, a dedicated workspace, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest suite includes its own private bath with a modern shower, a private balcony with seating for 2 and an additional workspace. A second living area with a large wraparound couch with a full size sleeper sofa and smart TV offers an inviting space for movie nights or relaxed lounging.

Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
