This elegant, solar-powered villa is fully equipped with an inverter and battery back-up system, ensuring uninterrupted comfort during power outages - TVs, WiFi, lighting, and electrical outlets remain fully functional at all times.

Each of the four beautifully appointed bedrooms features high-quality beds, crisp linen, and luxurious towels. The master suite boasts a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. Step onto your private balcony to enjoy morning coffee with a view.

The home lies in Camps Bay, a trendy suburb with a village feel set against the impressive backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range and adjacent Table Mountain. It’s a short drive to the city centre or V&A Waterfront.
Camps Bay is centrally located to enjoy all that Cape Town has to offer with most sights right on your doorstep. The world renowned scenic Chapmans Peak Drive is just 20minutes away as are the Constantia vinyards which are the oldest in South Africa.
The apartment is a mere 5 min scenic coastal walk into Camps Bay, with its white sandy beach and trendy cafes and sophisticated restaurants. Sip on a cocktail whilst enjoying breathtaking sunsets.
