On the first floor, the spacious living area features a large flat-screen TV, comfortable furnishings, and sliding doors that open to a generous patio with a firepit and plenty of seating. The deck is outfitted with two fireplaces, a built-in BBQ with direct gas line, a flat-screen TV, and a jacuzzi for unwinding after the beach. A full bathroom with a steam shower sits just off the bonus room. Just beyond, an additional rooftop space awaits fitness enthusiasts, complete with a cold plunge, full weight set with rack, and yet another TV for the ultimate workout or recovery session.

The home comes equipped with a spacious 2 car garage off the alley. There is a Tesla charging cable within the garage as well.
