The space
Three Palms House is a contemporary 3,500 sq ft home built for groups that want privacy and proximity in the same trip. Twelve-foot ceilings and 10-foot glass panels open the main floor to a covered outdoor lounge, dining for ten, and a private saltwater pool and spa. Four primary suites — two kings and two queens — give every couple or solo traveler an ensuite bath and real personal space.

Other things to note
Before you book
- Maximum 8 registered guests, all included in the booking. No additional guests, gatherings, or events without prior approval.
- Primary renter must be 25 or older.
- A short rental agreement and a copy of a government ID are required after booking. The keypad code is provided once both are returned.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, interior or exterior. A $500 deep-cleaning fee applies if there's evidence of either.
- Pets are not permitted to keep the home allergen-free.
Quiet hours
- 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, per Delray Beach city ordinance.
Pool and spa
- The pool is heated to 85°F year-round. There's no lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk, and please supervise children at all times in and around the pool and spa.
Check-in / check-out
- Check-in 4:00 PM. Check-out 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available on request for an additional fee.
Departure
- Please start the dishwasher and a load of towels before you leave. That's it.
During your stay
- Please report maintenance issues as they come up — we'd rather fix it during your stay than read about it after. Trash and recycling bins are on the side of the home; collection days are posted inside.
