- Super stylish, 3 BR/2 BA home renovated in 2025 with new furnishings and electronics

- Beautifully renovated featuring open living/dining/kitchen with new appliances,

- Sleeping includes 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins, plus 2 full baths. NO carpeting.

- Large deck and patio with plenty of privacy, comfy furniture, gas grill with full time propane, and NEW full time gas firepit! Plus cozy screened porch- perfect for all seasons.

- Neighborhood pool is 5 minute walk. OPEN April-September each year.

- Password protected WiFi and enhanced Spectrum cable.

- 4 LED televisions and JBL speaker

- Even laundry is a breeze with big, dedicated laundry room, entry courtyard, and oversized 1 car garage.

- Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we're shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.

- Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.

- Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Please inquire to determine if your dog's breed is accepted. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.
