please note that at the entrance to the villa complex there is a construction site. Currently, the construction activity is minimal, not noisy, and generally does not cause any disturbance. The villa's windows are soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment indoors. Construction work is limited to the hours of 9 am to 5 pm.

Property rules:
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOMS
- Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am
Party Rules:
We do have a policy against large parties and events to ensure the tranquility of our neighbourhood, a small, private celebration (birthdays , hen parties) among the guests staying at the villa is acceptable (up to 12 persons). However, we do ask that noise levels are kept in check, especially after 10 PM, out of respect for our neighbours.
Jet washer:
At night from from 2 m to 3 am, the water is automatically is turned off because of the backwashing process.
Safety:
Each room is equipped with a laptop-size safety box. Please use it to store your valuables and money!

Galungan day: No cleaning services provided
Nyepi (Silent) Day:
Keep in mind that Nyepi Day is observed on specific dates, with no outdoor activities or check-ins/check-outs allowed on those days.
