This villa is part of the Liquid Twins Collection — two brand-new (2025) sister villas within one secure, gated estate.
Each villa is completely private with its own pools, rooftop, kitchen, bedrooms, and living spaces.
The only shared areas are the gated driveway and the private fitness center, reserved exclusively for guests of the two villas.
🏡 Estate Etiquette
Registered Guests Only: No outside or unregistered visitors without prior approval.
Privacy & Quiet: Please respect the tranquility and privacy of the neighboring sister villa.
Child Safety: Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pools, rooftop

The villas are professionally managed. Pool, landscape, or maintenance personnel may visit for routine upkeep, with notice provided whenever possible.
Furniture, décor, and equipment must remain in their original location.
Please leave the villa in the same condition as at check-in.

If you plan to hire private chefs, massage therapists, decorators, or any outside provider, their details must be shared with the management team before arrival for approval.
Unauthorized vendors may be denied entry to the estate.
🌡 Comfort & Safety
Air Conditioning:
Do not set A/C below 72°F (22°C) — lower temperatures can freeze the system and require up to 48 hours to thaw.
Doors and windows must remain closed while A/C is running.
A/C damage or malfunction caused by improper use is not eligible for refund or repair coverage.
Island Conditions:
Occasional power or water interruptions may occur on the island and are outside of our control. Refunds are not available for these rare events.
Wildlife:
Birds, lizards, stray cats, and dogs are part of the natural island environment and may be seen on the grounds.

Bikes, paddleboards, and water-activity gear are used at your own risk and must be returned in good condition.
Photos of boats, yachts, or excursions are inspirational only — all such activities are provided by third-party vendors at additional cost.

In the event of hurricanes, severe weather, or island-wide service outages, the host cannot be held responsible for disruptions to travel or utilities.

Routine technical or safety/ security inspections
All visits are brief, discreet, and scheduled
security and safety of the residence remains our top priority, any security is licensed with Turks and verified.
Interior entry is never made without guest consent except in the rare case of an urgent maintenance need.
