💦 Heating Spa/Pool:
Heating the spa is included. The pool is heated by solar however the pool temperature varies based on daylight hours and ambient temperature. The pool can be heated with conventional gas heat up to 88* for $150 per day. Guests cannot adjust the temperature.
🔑 Guest access:
For safety, the entire house and property are accessible to guests, with the exception of utility areas under the home, owner’s closet, hillsides and landscaped areas, and the pool equipment area.

This is NOT a party house. Our home is perched on a bluff in a quiet residential area where sound easily travels. We limit guest use to families and groups that can adhere to house rules. This property is not suited for parties, large gatherings or loud outdoor music. We kindly ask you to not exceed the maximum guest occupancy and respect our neighbors and community by adhering to designated quiet times (9:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.).
🔒 Home Security
The home is equipped with noise monitors in the backyard, master bedroom balcony, and living room. These devices do not record audio and we are unable to listen in on conversations. Monitors simply notify the guest and host when noise levels exceed normal residential thresholds.
For security purposes, there are also exterior security cameras placed around the outside of the home.
Your privacy is extremely important to us. These systems exist only to ensure guest safety, protect our property, and prevent disturbances that could affect our ability to continue hosting.
🌱 Routine Maintenance
This home is serviced regularly to maintain top condition. Landscaping is performed each Thursday and pool care each Friday. Beyond these staff, no one will show up unannounced.

This property is not suited for parties, large gatherings or loud outdoor music. We kindly ask you to not exceed the maximum guest occupancy and respect our neighbors and community by adhering to designated quiet times (9:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.). The home’s exterior entrances are monitored by surveillance cameras. Interior and exterior noise monitors are also installed. The Master bedroom balcony is not available for use after 8:00pm.
The home is fully private for your group. Our landscaping team comes every other Thursday, and the pool maintenance team comes Friday mornings. These visits are limited to the exterior of the home and backyard.
By booking this home, guests agree to review and sign our House Rules Agreement within 72 hours of booking. Failure to sign will result in cancellation, and check-in will not be permitted.
