This showpiece residence boasts four opulent bedrooms, three and a half designer bathrooms, two gourmet kitchens, and a double-height entrance hall that sets the tone for the home's sweeping scale. Multiple lounges, dens, and entertaining zones are styled to perfection by the late Stuart Rattle, offering a seamless blend of comfort and sophistication.

The 1850s original homestead fuses effortlessly into a contemporary masterpiece, preserving its heritage soul while introducing bold architectural flair and panoramic views across the plains. Original bluestone walls, aged hardwood lintels, and sashless windows preserve the 19th-century charm, while a striking industrial steel staircase and expansive glass panel above the stone wall flood the interior with natural light beneath a soaring metal roof. The entertainer’s kitchen features an Aga oven, two Miele ovens, dual dishwashers, and a gas cooktop. The principal suite offers views to Mt Kooroocheang, with a private balcony, ensuite, den, and study. Two generous guest bedrooms share a spa bathroom and lounge. The self-contained barn apartment has the fourth bedroom and includes a lounge, bathroom, and kitchenette.

Outside, the estate unfolds into formal terraced gardens, two hectares of paddocks (home to alpacas and hand-raised sheep), and one of Victoria’s largest edible domestic gardens a lush maze of fruit trees and shrubs that feels like something out of a fairy tale. The garden is exquisite: a marquee lawn framed by steel-raised beds with 160 award-winning rose bushes and over 350 fruit trees and edible plants supplying top-tier local restaurants. Sculptural and architectural elements blend classical and modern artistry. A standout feature is the luxurious heated pool with deck and sweeping panoramic views.
