This five-bedroom property melds refined luxury and utmost tranquillity in one masterful stroke. Managed by a dedicated team, including a concierge, every aspect of your stay at Tsubasa Chalet is overseen with meticulous attention to detail, setting the stage for your perfect winter getaway. More than just a beautiful setting, the property offers the luxurious convenience of having up to two drivers, both in the morning and evening during your stay. Wellness is also paramount here, with amenities including a 40 sqm private natural onsen with indoor and outdoor baths, a modern gym and a yoga studio.
Designed by the acclaimed Riccardo Tossani, Tsubasa Chalet stands as an architectural marvel that blends harmoniously with its forest surroundings. Spanning three levels, its distinctive Y-shaped design allows you to enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Yotei and the nearby ski resort from every angle. The chalet features five spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.
The modern chalet boasts large picture windows that let the light in and an ingenious layout that creates a seamless flow throughout the space. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the state-of-the-art kitchen; the adjoining spacious dining room is a stunning setting to savour meals. The luxury property boasts an expansive living area complete with designer furnishings, stylish wooden accents, and accented with a cosy fireplace and grand piano that provide a stylish setting for unwinding after a long day on the slopes.
Guest access
Guests enjoy access to all spaces in the entire property including all of the bedrooms, 40 sqm of indoor and outdoor private onsens (hot tubs with natural hot spring water), while enjoying views of the stunning Mt. Yotei and a car & driver (during winter).

Booking confirmation
We have a 3-day lead time/booking window before check-in. If in case you send out a stay request less than this lead time, this will not guarantee your stay. Please await our confirmation.

- Guests must provide their ETA to the Reservations team in advance to give the chalet team enough time to prepare

Capacity & Extra bedding
- 10 guests plus 2 extra guests (extra charge).
- Maximum of 2 extra persons allowed.
- Extra person (6 years old and above) counts toward maximum occupancy allowed for each unit.
- Extra bedding for infant (5 years old and below) is a baby cot/futon at JPY 5,000 per child per 4-night block. High chair is free of charge (advance booking is required).
- Extra person (6 years old and above) fee of JPY 12,000 per person per night is applicable when occupants exceed the standard occupancy for the respective unit. An extra futon will be arranged in the living room and not in the bedrooms due to limited space.
- In the situation that an extra guest stays for only part of the nights booked, the extra person fee still applies for the total nights of the group stay.

Bedding preference
- Bedding may be flexible in the accommodation, but varies from bedroom to bedroom.
- Bedding will be arranged in the standard bedding configuration (twin bedding) unless specified otherwise in writing at least 1 month prior to arrival date.
- Where bedding configuration is not supplied within the required time-frame or is incorrect on check-in and needs to be changed, an amendment fee of JPY 5,000 per bedroom will be charged.

Property Regulations
No smoking is allowed in the property (includes balcony areas). Guests who smoke will be liable to pay a JPY ¥500,000 fine and additional damage charges may apply to compensate later guests who are affected by the smell of smoking or the owner of the property for bookings that need to be relocated to a different property.
