Guests wishing to use the kayaks or paddleboards must sign the required liability waiver prior to use. These amenities are available for use by adults and responsible teenagers only. Children are not permitted to use the kayaks or paddleboards.
U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times while using any water sports equipment.
Guests acknowledge that use of the dock, waterfront, pool, kayaks, paddleboards, and all related amenities involves inherent risks. Guests assume all responsibility and use these amenities entirely at their own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while near the pool, dock, waterfront, or water sports equipment. Kayaks and paddleboards are NOT to be used in the pool.
The homeowner and property management are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of these amenities. By using these amenities, guests agree to release and hold harmless the homeowner and property management to the fullest extent permitted by law.
