Perfectly situated within the private, gated community of WaterSound, this five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire house, garage, patio, and backyard while staying on-site. There are two driveway parking spaces.
Home is located in Watersound - A gated coastal community perfectly situated in the middle of Rosemary Beach & Seaside.
This neighborhood is a mix of full/part-time residents and vacation rentals. It's very quiet and friendly! The community features both lake and ocean access, along with beautiful walking paths. Access to Camp Creek Lake directly in front of the home should you wish to rent paddle boards or kayaks during your stay.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
