The villa, arranged on two levels, can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The large and bright living room on the ground floor, enriched by large windows and designer furnishings, is the beating heart of the house, complete with two Smart TVs for moments of entertainment in total relaxation.
The modern and perfectly equipped kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, a double-door refrigerator and an elegant central island. Next to it, the dining area with a large glass table offers an enchanting view of the sea.

This area is equipped with an outdoor kitchenette, a barbecue complete with all the utensils and a large table, all protected by an elegant canopy that guarantees comfort and shade even on the hottest days!

In front of the pool, guests have access to an exclusive area dedicated to wellness and self-care!
Here you will find a private gym, equipped with everything you need for a complete workout, from light to more intense workouts. To complete the experience, a half bathroom, a regenerating sauna and, next to it, a refined emotional shower, designed to envelop guests in a moment of pure sensory relaxation!

Check-in procedure:
Before your arrival, we will contact you to agree on the most convenient check-in time for you.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted in person at the villa and receive all the necessary information about the property and the surrounding area.
As required by Italian law, you will be asked to provide the identity documents of all guests.
At the time of check-in, a security deposit of €1,000 will be required, which will be fully returned at check-out after checking the condition of the villa.
