No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of five (5) young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25. The person on the reservation must be staying in the unit at all times. Guests who violate this policy will be immediately evicted and forfeit all booking charges.
