The space
Location, Location! Enjoy vacationing by the ocean and waking up to the sound of waves! This updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa is conveniently located in the heart of the East Beach. Night Heron Park, The East beach Market, The Spa and Shops at The Sanctuary are all just a short 5 minute walk from the front door. The beach is right out your back door. Even the beach boardwalk connects to your back porch!

The open lay out of this villa and casual beach furnishings add to your comfort. The spacious living room offers views of the sand dunes and two doors to access the private porch. The updated kitchen opens to the dining area seating 6 with additional seating for 2 at the bar.

The master suite has a large private bath, comfortable king bed, large mounted flat screen TV, Kiawah nature views, and access to a private porch with a lounge chair.

The first of 2 guest rooms is off the living room and has a queen bed, flat screen TV, private bath, and access to a back porch. Down the hall and to the left is the second guest room with two twin beds and flat screen TV. This room also has a private bath and access to the back porch.

For your convenience a full size washer and dryer are included.
