(1): The experience is in the villa where the owner lives. The villa consists of three floors (ground floor, first floor, and lower ground floor). The experience covered by this publication covers the lower ground floor. Guests do not share this living environment with the owner. Other guests (from other floors) may be noisy during their stay. If you would like an atmosphere to your liking, please talk to me to book the entire villa.
(2): Atmosphere: If karaoke is there for your enjoyment, we ask for responsible management of the sound volume, especially in the evening.
(3): Bathroom amenities provided: shampoo, shower gel, hand wash gel, hair dryer, and sheets.

The RER B station is only a 5-minute walk, or 600 m walk. Consider asking for a RER B guide to facilitate your access to the villa.
Self check-in with secret codes provided.
The villa contains 9 bedrooms and several common rooms. The proposed experience only concerns the places indicated in the previous section (on the lower ground floor).
Ability to lock your room.
Paid parking spaces on site (€8 for 10 hours), on the streets in front of the villa or around. Free Monday-Saturday from 7pm - 9am / Sundays, public holidays and August.
Other things to note
** Additional house rules **
1- Thank you for being discreet upon arrival and during your stay in the villa. A sound meter is present in the terrace. The check-in time is between 3pm and 10pm, and the check-out time is before 10am. It's forbidden to celebrate or have events, or have guests without my permission.
2- The floor is maintained regularly, please leave the shoes outside.
3- The villa is **non-smoking**. A smoking room, adjoining the living room and perfectly isolated, is available for your use.
4- It is **forbidden to move furniture** inside the house, except with my prior consent.
5- Before you leave, please keep the inventory as it was when you arrived (except sheets and towels), as well as empty the garbage cans.
6- Remember to **turn off the air conditioners** before you leave, and when you leave a common room.

7- We no longer provide rose petals, following several incidents: clogged water, salty sheets... For a replacement that is still romantic, the villa provides you with free scented balls and decorative candles.
