Charming and centrally located half townhouse in the middle of the Øgade neighborhood. The home consists of a ground floor with 2 rooms with double beds as well as a crib for the smallest and a spacious bathroom. There is room for 4 adults and 1-2 babies/toddlers (in a crib or on an extra mattress).

An internal staircase leads up to the 1st floor, where there is a large kitchen-dining room with a large sofa, dining area and lots of toys.

The apartment is located within walking distance to the city's sights and cozy cafes

Parking:
You can park in the streets around the apartment for a fee (EasyPark or Parkman app). Parking is free on Sundays. Alternatively, you can park for free outside the city centre in eg. Åbyhøj or at Storcenter Nord, from where you can easily take a bus to the apartment.

This is our private home where you can feel relaxed while exploring and experiencing the city. It is homely and personally decorated and not just a place to sleep. The garden that in the summer has fruit trees and berry bushes, is shared with our upper house. It also means that I trust you to be considerate and treat the place with care and respect as you would in your own home.
