Elegant, spacious and bright apartment, with a direct view of the Cannaregio canal, one of the most authentic neighborhoods in Venice. It is a stone's throw from Santa Lucia station and the vaporetto stop, from which you can reach Marco Polo airport, San Marco, Murano and Burano. We kindly ask you to inform us in time of your arrival time (by 6pm at the latest). Check-in can be done in the presence of authorized personnel between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm, with the possibility of storing luggage starting at 10:00 am on the day of arrival. Luggage can be stored in a storage room on the ground floor of the building. It is also possible to self check-in in the event of late arrival and in agreement with the property; in this case, you will be given instructions to access the building and the accommodation by remotely sending a code to be entered on the appropriate keypad. Check-out must be done by 10:00 a.m.
The accommodation tax will be requested a few days before your arrival and through Airbnb and generally amounts to 4 euros per person per day, but this is a variable amount.
