The space
Newly built guest house that is beautifully situated with sea view. You have the nature reserve as a neighbor. The guest house is suitable for you as a vacationer alone or as a couple + 1-2 children. A dock less than 50 meters from the property, which is shared with a neighboring property.
At the accommodation, you have sun from morning to evening. Amazing sunsets are best enjoyed down by the jetty!

Possibility to also use the barbecue area located in front of the house. For playful children, you are welcome to use the garden's playground.
The residential house on the property is also rented out. This house offers 10 beds and can be booked together with the guest house, subject to availability, for larger groups.
Here you live with proximity to everything that St. Anna has to offer. Cycling and walking distance to restaurants, cafés, kayak rentals, paddle track, nature experiences, country store in Mon, tour boats that take you further out in the archipelago, e.g. Harstena, Arkösund and others.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the guest house, associated patio and the jetty, which is most easily reached via a grass road along the neighboring property. Parking in the designated place in the courtyard towards the nature reserve. Park by the woods and enter the guest house via the small gravel path on the far end (towards the garden).
It is also possible to use the barbecue area in front of the guest house. Firewood and axe are available at the parking lot. Fire must comply with MSB's recommendations and be done with common sense and under controlled conditions.
For playful children, you are welcome to use the garden playground.
Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed either indoors or in the garden.
Pets are not allowed.
Pillows and duvets for a total of 4 beds are provided. Sheets, towels and consumables are to be brought by the tenant.
Cleaning is done by the guest according to the checklist before departure. Please leave the accommodation in good condition for everyone's comfort.
Cleaning materials are available in the property.
