The space
Away from the hustle and bustle of Jinguashi, three old houses invite you to experience the story of design and land in a new look and dig into the mine of life.
This is the first work, Cengguang B&B
There are two rooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony on the second floor.
● Ocean view from the 2nd floor
● 3 minutes by car from the Golden Museum in Jinguashi, about 15 minutes on foot.
● Well-lit space surrounded by mountains and light and shadow
● The place is suitable for families and friends to relax in Jinguashi
● Bath amenities and bath towels provided
● No disposable items are provided due to legal requirements
● High-speed internet for leisure or office use
● Bath, floor heating, projector, and delicious breakfast
Guest access
The whole house is available for guests:
First floor:
● Living room & dining room and two bedrooms (two bathrooms) and a large bathtub.
● Simple kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, electric stove and drinking water
Second floor:
● Tatami space for resting, extra beds can also be added for two people in this area
* No elevator, please be aware of heavy luggage and safety when going up and down *
Other things to note
● Situations where you are not welcome in this space and will be asked to check out without a refund:
Bringing in visitors other than the person who booked the stay.
● Engaging in illegal or dangerous activities such as drug use, playing with fireworks, etc., will be reported to the authorities and you will be asked to leave.
● What to expect from your stay:
1. Check-in at 3:00pm on the day of check-in, check-out at 11:00am on the next day
2. Late check-out is not allowed due to housekeeping, and a 50-100% fee will be charged for late check-out.
3. No on-site reception, please contact us in advance at Line @ hi_glimmer
4. Get the key box code for the day. Please lock the door and return the keys to the lockbox when you check out.
5. Jinguashi has many up and down stairs and slopes, and large luggage is not easy to drag, it is recommended to use light luggage.
6. Provided: bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, slippers. Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
7. The bungalow roof makes two distinct sounds when raining, so light sleepers should bring their own earplugs.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, please make sure to collect cigarette butts and not throw them away when smoking outdoors.
9. If any items in the room are damaged or lost during your stay, you will be charged the price.
10. If you use dishes during your stay, please place them in the sink before check-out and rinse them slightly.
