The space
The Privileged Location in the Água Verde neighborhood
Água Verde is one of the most traditional and valued neighborhoods in Curitiba, combining residential tranquility with excellent urban infrastructure. The area is known for its tree-lined streets, well-kept squares, and a wide range of services, leisure, and gastronomy.
You will be close to everything you need for a practical and comfortable stay: supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, bars, restaurants and malls. In addition, easy access to Batel and downtown ensures mobility and connection to the main regions of Curitiba.
The neighborhood is also well served by public transportation and has quick access roads such as Avenida República Argentina and Avenida dos Estados.

For your convenience, the property is located at a point of easy access to the city's main means of transportation:
Afonso Pena International Airport: just a 25-minute drive away, making your arrival and departure even more practical.
Curitiba Bus Station: 10 minutes by car, ideal for those traveling by bus or planning to explore other cities in the region.

In the condominium there is a solarium.

Guest access
- Completing the online check-in, with data and photos, is required. Without it, access is not granted!
But rest assured, it is only for the safety of the stay and we strictly follow the LGPD Law (13.709/2018).
- This prior submission is essential so that we can inform you on the day of your check-in, the unit's access data. If it is filled out only upon arrival at the building, it will take us up to 30 minutes to clear it.
-Our units are in residential buildings, so the building's entrance is not responsible for our rentals, and any and all contact or problems are resolved via chat or phone directly with us.
We count on your collaboration in sending the information in advance, thus aiming to avoid a disturbance to other residents and the building's reception.
Other things to note
Cleaning:
-A cleaning fee is charged to have your apartment sanitized and cleaned again upon your departure.
- Extra cleaning has an additional cost of R$130.00 (including the change of bed and bath linens)
-For any and all stays we only issue a receipt.
- At the end of your lease, an invoice will be issued for the cleaning service (Attention: it is not a charge, do not be alarmed, it is just an invoice after your stay.)
Maintenance and inspection:
-At 11 a.m. on the day of your checkout, our team goes to the apartment and checks it out. If they find forgotten and/or damaged items, immediate contact is made with the person responsible for the rental to recover your belongings and/or bear the costs of what happened.
- We do not store perishable items.
- We store forgotten objects and/or items that are not “perishable” for a maximum of 5 days, after which they are discarded or donated.
-Our maintenance team works from Sunday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., if support is needed, it will be provided during this period.
Important rules and information:
-Paid parking on site.
- Our check-in is from 3 p.m.
-Our checkout is by 11 a.m.
- Visitors are not allowed
- Professional photos are prohibited in the building's common areas
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the building
- We do not offer a half-day rate
-Children up to 11 years old do not pay, but the reservation must be made in an apartment that has a sofa bed. When in doubt, consult our 24-hour service first
- We do not accept pets
-Minors can only stay with their legal representative.
