The space
This spacious home offers 2,345 square feet of living space across four levels. As you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a charming panelled sitting room, ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet movie night with mounted flat screen TV and two generous sofas. Just down the hall is the heart of the home, a bright and expansive open-plan kitchen and dining area, complete with a large corner sofa and another large flat-screen TV. This exceptional light-filled space features tall crittal style French doors that open directly onto the garden, making it perfect for summer entertaining. The exceptionally modern kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, a large marble island, and a large dining table for enjoyable meals shared with family and friends. The south-facing garden with a generous patio offers a family seating area, brand new BBQ and all screened by a trio of beautiful olive trees offering rare privacy in the heart of London. The ground floor also includes a convenient guest W/C and basin.

Upstairs, each of the four bedrooms has its own distinct style, with a carefully curated colour palette and a high-quality finish that make the entire upstairs space feel both luxurious, yet personal. All bedrooms include king, or super king-sized beds, and ample wardrobe storage. On the first floor you will find a pretty and naturally bright bedroom, with a king-sized bed, overlooking the garden. It also includes a built in wardrobe and a nearby bathroom complete with a bathtub, a large basin and toilet. Just a little further up to the second floor is the master bedroom, with super-king sized bed and impressive headboard, features a chic walk in wardrobe and stylish en-suite bathroom with his/hers basins, toilet and equally impressive walk in shower. On the third floor you will find a spacious third bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, generous chest of drawers and adjoining laundry room with brand new washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. On the fourth floor / top floor is a full sized attic bedroom with lovely rooftop views and adjoining immaculate shower room and toilet.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

Please note that there are 4 flights of stairs inside this property.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
