This Stunning Contemporary waterfront home offers a little bit of city with a little bit of country. Relax your worries away on the west facing wrap around deck and enjoy the most spectacular views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains, as well as the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever see. Then take a stroll down your private road to your 330 feet of lake front paradise.

The space
Welcome to our beautiful Lake house on Lake Champlain. Enjoy your coffee and or read a book on the expansive deck. Or enjoy the incredible sunsets. Uniquely our deck is half covered w skylights so on those rainy days you can be outside and watch the weather roll in. The inside of our home offers you 2 living rooms and a reading room. The kitchen has high end appliances and an enormous 6 burner stove. The downstairs offers a full bar (unstocked), game room and additional living room area. All bedrooms are on the second floor. We are centrally located to many destinations and activities that Vermont and The Adirondacks have to offer. Burlington is located 1hr north. Middlebury is located 25 minutes east and offers many restaurants and grocery stores as well as Middlebury College. Rutland is 1hr southeast. Ticonderoga and Lake George are located 35 minutes south.
There are many activities in the area for all the seasons of the year!
Skiing- we are centrally located between Killington, Gore, White Face, Stowe, Smugglers Notch, Middlbury Ski Bowl, Sugarbush, Mad River and West Mountain
The Vermont Snowmobile trail system is close by! There is room for your toy trailer!
There is abundant amount of Hiking trails In VT and ADK close by.
The house is located on Lake Champlain and there is 330ft of shoreline to swim, fish, boat from. There are 2 boat launches nearby 1.5miles and 7miles away respectively and again plenty of room for your boat! You are also only 35 minutes from boat launches into Lake George.
The fall/foliage season is spectacular for your leaf peeping trips.

Guest access
Guest are not permitted in barn or attached garage. There are also locked areas in the home that are not accessible to guests. Everything in pictures is available for guest use.
At this time the swim spa located on lower patio is NOT open.
