Our place is located in the heart of Kohimarama, one of Auckland’s most popular Eastern Bays suburbs. You’ll be just 500m from Kohimarama Beach, a beautiful sandy spot perfect for swimming, relaxing, or enjoying a coffee by the water.

Nearby, you’ll find plenty of waterfront cafés, restaurants, and bars in Kohimarama and the lively Mission Bay area (about 2 minutes’ drive). St Heliers Beach and village are also close by, offering boutique shops and more dining options.

The unit is perfectly located within walking distance to excellent schools, including St Thomas’ School (400 m), Kohimarama School (500 m), and Selwyn College (680 m), making it ideal for families.
