Located in the Awase area of Okinawa City, this large property can accommodate up to 20 people. We provide the perfect environment for club activities, group trips, sports watching, etc.
Although the building is a retro construction that has been built for many years, it is well cleaned and maintained. The spacious room is also equipped with a large TV, so you can enjoy watching sports and movies with your friends.
There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient location for long-term stays. We also provide parking spaces, so you can use your car with peace of mind.
If you are considering a group stay, please use it.
* The office is in a separate room in the same building.
Rest assured you will not meet the staff as the entrances are different.
Once a booking is confirmed, it will be charged according to the cancellation policy.

In addition, domestic shipping will be cash on delivery, and overseas shipping will be EMS.

[About early check-in and late check-out]
Please let us know as it depends on the cleaning situation on the day.
If you check out late without permission, you will be charged 20,000 yen per hour.

Q: Can I check in early?
A: We're sorry, but we can't guarantee it because the cleaning staff is doing house cleaning, but please contact us in the morning on the day.
Q: Is it OK to use it for banquets, parties, and drinking parties?
A: This is an accommodation, so we do not allow any use that would disturb the neighbors.
Q: Is long-term accommodation possible?
A: Long-term use is possible if it is available.
(There may be a charge for garbage collection during your stay. Please confirm at the time of booking)
(We may charge a separate cleaning fee during your stay to keep the facility clean)
Q: Do you have cleaning supplies? I want to clean it because I'm staying for several nights.
A: We have a vacuum cleaner. If you would like anything else, we apologize, but please provide it yourself.
Q: Can I extend my stay?
A: It is possible if there is availability. Submit a change request in Trips. If there is no availability, we may be able to refer you to a nearby property, so please consult with us.
Q: What kind of amenities are available?
A: Please check the photos and description of the room. We have prepared everything to make your stay comfortable.
Q: Is it possible to have more people stay than the accommodation capacity?
A: Basically, we do not allow more than the number of users.
It may be possible if you contact us in advance.
Q: Can I send my luggage to the accommodation in advance?
A: We can't receive your luggage because it's a self check-in accommodation. Please arrange with the courier company so that the guest can receive it while at home.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
If you smoke in the room, or if there is a smell even if you do not smoke in the room, we will charge a cleaning fee, so please understand and cooperate.
If there are burn marks on the concrete, there may be a separate cost.
Q: Do you have insects in the facility?
A: Yes, Okinawa has a subtropical climate, so it is rich in nature and insects (ants, mosquitoes, geckos, etc.) may appear. The facility is regularly cleaned and insect repellent is used, but it cannot be completely prevented. We recommend that you bring insect repellent spray to make your stay more comfortable.

・ We provide only one set of face towels, bath towels, and amenities per person, but there are no extras, so please use the facilities during your stay.
・ Because this facility is an unattended accommodation, we ask that you submit the ID and guest information of all guests before arrival.

・ We may charge a separate fee if we find damage, soiling, or significantly inappropriate use during the post-checkout confirmation.
