The space

Enjoy over 8,700sq ft of space between the main home and casita.
The backyard is the equivalent to a high-end resort. It includes beautiful custom landscaping and lighting, along with an incredible waterfall cascading into the pool. Out back you will find a Heated Pebble-Tec pool, Jacuzzi, Putting Green, Ping-Pong Table, BBQ Grill, Ladder Ball, Basketball, Pickleball and Cornhole. Relax under the waterfall in the pool for a shaded cool down. And when all is said and done, you can even shower outdoors :)
There is plenty of outdoor seating out of the sunshine. Enjoy the magnificent covered travertine patio area while still enjoying the lavish outdoor living.
Also, out back you will find the entire yard is lined with 76 orange and 5 grapefruit trees. There is an orange picking center with everything you need to start collecting. Oranges are perfect for making marmalade, as they are not sweet, and the grapefruits are perfect for eating or juicing.
Inside you will find a fabulous wine bar upstairs along with a beautiful full bar downstairs that includes a commercial ice maker for those real warm days.
In the basement you will find a game room like no other. It features 4 arcade games that include Golden Tee, Big Buck Hunter, Fast & Furious, & Street Fighter (over 500 games on this machine). Custom built poker table with seating for 10. Enjoy your favorite sports or a movie on the large smart TV.
The kitchen is a chef's dream with an oversized refrigerator, gas cooktop, dual ovens' and dual dishwashers. Seating for 27 in main dining room kitchen.
Smart TV's in every room. Mesh WiFi points throughout the home to ensure you always have WiFi. Two 86" tvs can be found in the main house living room. Another large tv is located near the poker table in the bar downstairs, as well as the kitchen/dining room in the main house. The remaining tvs throughout the house are still a large 55". In the casita you will find a 75" television in the living room.

Guest access
You’ll have full access to the place during your stay! Once the rental agreement is completed & a copy of your ID is uploaded, each guest will receive a unique access code, generated by our automated system, for the front door. This code activates at check-in (4 PM) and deactivates at checkout (10 AM) for a smooth and secure entry process.
Other things to note
• Check-in time is 4:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am. Either of these can be extended in advance for a fee, or you can play it by ear and hope we are able to accommodate on the day of
• Access the privacy you desire with your unique access code
• Pool Heat is available for $100 per day (October-May only) and takes time to heat so please do notify us in advance. Requests must be for entirety of stays and not just partial stays accommodations. Pool is heated to 80 degrees F. This typically takes 2 full days to heat to desired temp as it is very large and deep. Heated Pool service should be paid at initial reservation, but can be added up to 2 days before your check-in. This fee is non-refundable. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply.
• Cleans are required at minimum every 14 days for long term bookings with the cleaning fees to be paid by the guest

Rules and Regulations (all of this will be outlaid in the Rental Agreement that must be signed by the booking guest):
• Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and ID must be provided if requested by host
• No Pets allowed
• Undisclosed pets are subject to fines of up to $1,000 with additional charges applicable for damager or deep cleaning
• Smoking indoor is a $1,000 fee. If the Garage door in the backyard is open, no smoking in the backyard will be permitted
• Absolutely no parties or events without prior approval. One additional guest above and beyond those staying at the property consists of an event and prior approval is required. Any violation of this policy is punishable by up to a $5,000 fine
🔥 Fireplace Use: Please note that all fireplaces in the home are decorative only and not operational. They add to the cozy ambiance but cannot be used for burning wood or gas.
