Please take time to read additional rules for smoother stay:
• Main guest MUST DECLARE ALL HIS COMPANIONS. Undeclared guests has a penalty of Php500 per pax. Please note that we arrange with the building management ahead of your checkin, undeclared guests will be denied entry by the security. In order to have smooth checkin, kindly declare all guests upon confirmation of your booking.
• Early checkin can be arranged upon availability. Php 500 per hour will be charged before the standard checkin time.
• Late checkout can be arranged upon availability. Php 500 per hour will be charged after the standard checkout. Un-arranged late checkout is subject to Php1000 per hour. Please always inform us or our helper when you are checking out.
• Smoking/vaping is prohibited in our listing. A fine of Php 5,000 will be charged to the penalized guest. No buts.
• No pets are allowed. Sorry we love pets but our house cleaners are allergic to furs. Thanks for understanding.
• Please observe maximum of 3 Guests including visitors inside the unit. We are not responsible if your visitor will be denied entry if guest count reached 3 and above.
• Please note that, as a residential building, we are unable to offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out.
• Our house rules are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone. Violations of this policy will result in a penalty.

Parking Information:
Guests may use the in-house basement parking at the following rates:
• P50 per hour for the first 2 hours
• P20 per hour for each additional hour
• Overnight parking: P500
Note: The parking ramp is fairly wide and easy to navigate. The maximum vehicle height allowed is 2.20 meters.
Other things to note
City Ordinances & Condo Rules:
• Number Coding: The Baguio traffic coding system follows the same rules as Metro Manila—no holidays or window hours unless otherwise announced.
• Smoke-Free Baguio: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all public areas, within the City Hub complex, and inside the unit. Violators will face a P5,000 penalty.
• Quiet Hours: As per Baguio’s Silent Ordinance, quiet time is observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily. Violations may result in a P5,000 fine and cancellation of stay without refund.
Important Reminders:
• Occasional construction noise may occur, as the property is new and minor renovations might be ongoing in nearby units.
• For any noise complaints, please contact the guard on duty, who will escalate the matter to the appropriate unit owner.
• Online receptionists are available daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight for assistance.
• To maintain cleanliness and comfortability for our guests:
1. FOR SHORT TERM STAYS, we recommend a cleaning service for guests staying up to 4 nights. Cleaning fee will be covered by the guest upon booking the unit.
2. FOR LONG TERM STAYS, we recommend a cleaning service every 2 weeks. First cleaning service will be covered by the guest upon booking the unit. Succeeding cleaning services will be shouldered by the guest with a charge of Php 800.
