Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
Modern, bright and spacious, this luxury villa has stunning ocean and mountain views from every level. It’s perfect for watching sunsets and just a five-minute walk from the beach, lively beachfront promenade and local restaurants. The villa is fully equipped and offers spacious lounges, a fireplace, a private pool, a deck area, and a large rooftop.

The space
This property is ideal for a group or large family. With six en-suite bedrooms, plus a guest toilet, it’s spacious and comfortable. One of the bedrooms is part of a private studio within the villa, complete with its own kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom with two single beds can be converted into a king-size bed with a mattress converter (let us know in advance).

There’s plenty of space for relaxation – with generous living areas that allow for both social time and quiet moments. Entertainment features include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining area, braai, and a separate rooftop deck with views for days.

A lift and secure parking (garage space for two cars) make a stay here even more seamless and convenient.

Other things to note
- Access to the house is through the secure garage or via the front door.
- Villa Geneva has two housekeepers who provide daily cleaning, tidying, and laundry services to a high standard. They are on-site Monday to Friday from 9:30AM to 4:00PM. Weekend housekeeping services can be arranged at an additional cost, but must be booked in advance.
- No parties are allowed.
- No loud music allowed.
- No outside visitors or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from your host.
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This includes downloads.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for replacement or repair. Damages will be claimed from your deposit or via Airbnb claims.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free, and we would like to keep it that way with your help.
- Please note that if any of the house rules are broken, we have the right to evict you from the property.
A water filter is installed on the taps, so the tap water is safe to drink.
