Located in an old farmhouse from 1850, this atypical and peaceful building offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, just 1 hour from Paris, and 30 minutes from Disney and Provins.
This former architectural workshop transformed into an artist's residence is open at certain times of the year as a guest house. Our two houses are independent. We welcome you to a peaceful setting, with a swimming pool and a one-hectare garden, which we share with our dog and our two sheep.

The space
This building is atypical due to the volume of its rooms, which are mostly on different levels.
The living room of about 50 m2 has a beautiful cathedral volume with a great view of the park.
It is connected by a large entrance of 20 m2 open to the courtyard and the equipped kitchen.
Upstairs are 2 very large bedrooms and a beautiful shower room.
The first large bedroom is a beautiful bright room of 35 m2 with a frame.
It accommodates a double bed and 2 single beds.
The second large bedroom is in a double-height volume, accommodating a double bedroom balcony area on a workspace.
On an intermediate floor is a more intimate room of 12 m2.
In the courtyard behind a beautiful bay window is a large bucolic workspace.
Access to the garden is through the courtyard, through a beautiful entrance.
From this entrance, you can access a 4th bedroom overlooking the garden as well as a beautiful bathroom.

We have been living with my husband Vincent and our two boys aged 7 and 10 in this beautiful farmhouse in the middle of the fields and forest for 3 years. Former Parisians and full of projects in mind, we looked for a quiet and pleasant place to live and be able to host travelers, yoga retreats and set up an artists' residence, MAGNACOSITA :)
