Our newly refurbished, spacious family home, situated within walking distance from the popular coastal towns of Cowes and Gurnard, benefits from a spacious open plan living area featuring rangemaster cooker, dining table, breakfast bar and sofa area.

The space
Our stunning family home boasts a fantastic open plan family room with lounge area to the front, with Tv and amazon firestick, stylish kitchen with seating at a breakfast bar with 4 stools, butler sink, american fridge freezer and 90cm range cooker, There is a dining area to the rear, with an 8 seater table, with double doors opening out onto a patio area of a large child friendly and pet safe, enclosed garden. We have a bbq/firepit available for your use and a artificial grass play area and enclosed climbing wall with safety crash mat and outdoor seating.
There is a downstairs bathroom, with bath and shower, Snug lounge with, Isle of wight made Charnwood log burner and tv with amazon firestick and an xbox one and double doors leading to the garden.
There is also a separate games room with arcade style basketball and air hockey games, and a small under stairs play house stocked with books and board games for your enjoyment.
There is an intergrated garage with remote opening door, small utility area and rear door leading to the garden and washing line area.
Upstairs are 5 delightful double bedrooms, a bathroom with roll top bath and an en-suite with large walk in shower.
The property has off road parking for three cars, and space in the garage for a car or bikes.
The property has high speed wifi.
We are situated within 25 minutes walk from the popular seaside towns of Cowes and Gurnard, and there is a bus route on the street, and popular public house two minutes away. On the island you are always within a 30 minute drive from one of its stunning sandy or shingle beaches and we are a 15 minute bus journey from the festival grounds.
Our property sleeps 10 comfortably, options to add bed space including use of a sofa bed or additional beds is possible as long as a request is sent for our approval, prior to booking.
