- The pool is open from April 15 to September 30. It is available to guests from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that these hours may vary depending on the season.
- The pool and communal areas are managed by the urbanization’s administration, which reserves the right to modify opening hours or temporarily close facilities for maintenance or due to government regulations. We are not responsible for such changes as they result from external factors beyond our control.
- Use of the pool is at your own risk.
- Entry to the pool is prohibited for children under 12 unless accompanied by an adult. Adults are solely responsible for minors.
- Showering before each swim is mandatory.
- Ball games, inflatable mattresses, and any activities causing discomfort to other users are forbidden.
- Discarding waste or unauthorized items in the pool is prohibited.
- Glass bottles or containers are not allowed in pool areas.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the pool area and adjacent lawn.
GYM:
- The gym is open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please respect these hours to avoid disturbing neighbors.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
- Use of equipment is at your own risk.
- Avoid loud conversations or high-volume electronic devices that may disturb others.
- Use equipment properly and follow instructions.
- TOWEL USE IS MANDATORY to protect equipment from sweat.
- Food or drinks (except bottled water) are not allowed in the gym.
- Smoking is prohibited in the gym.
- Appropriate sports shoes must be worn; street shoes are not allowed.
- Report any malfunction or damage immediately to management. Liability for damage, loss, or theft will be charged to the responsible person.
OTHER:
- Play areas and communal spaces may not be used between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Guests must comply with both community rules and specific property regulations.
- Charging electric vehicles or any other electric devices in communal areas is prohibited.
Other things to note
- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021.
For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers, as well as signing a contract for access to the home.
It will only be requested in confirmed reservations, a few days before your arrival through online registration.
Failure to provide the requested information prior to arrival will result in a ban on entry to the property until it is provided.
