Welcome to the Portes du Morvan, in our spacious 150 m² house for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature. Enclosed 2000 m² plot with swimming pool and pétanque court. Perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends.

Nearby: Vézelay and its basilica, Château Vauban, Avallon and its ramparts, Leisure center (kayaking, tree climbing, etc.), hiking and lakes.
Weekly rental only. Pets welcome.
The space
This is our main house that we rent for our holidays. We love that there is life and want you to enjoy our accommodation ideally located between Avallon, Vezelay and Parc du Morvan.
There you will find:
On the ground floor: large living/dining room on open kitchen fully equipped: double door fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, citrus press, beer printer.
A saddle iron with a washing machine and many amenities: electric plancha, raclette, steamed, rice cooker etc...
For your comfort, 2 extension cords are added to the table and additional chairs will be made available to you.
Also on the ground floor, a corridor serves 2 bedrooms of 10 m2 with built-in dressing room, 1 toilet and a large bathroom with walk-in shower and corner bathtub.
Upstairs a hallway leads to two large bedrooms of 18m2 with dressing room (possibility to add a mattress on request) , and a toilet with a sink.
Large enclosed lot, enclosed courtyard with the possibility of parking several vehicles, petanque court, swimming pool and sunbeds, basketball basket, 70m2 wooden terrace with garden furniture (living room and meal), barbecue, herb planters.
WiFi in the whole house.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
In the village: soccer field, tennis, ping pong, hiking departure.
First shops and hobbies:
Saint-Père (5mn): smoking bar offering themed evenings and small restaurants (pizza truck, burgers...), Vezelay brewery, leisure base with canoeing, swimming.
Vezelay (8mn): grocery store, bakeries, restaurants, bars and shops.
Avallon (12mn) town all shops, from hyper-shops to small shops, many bars and restaurants, cinema, swimming pool, bowling and laser-game..., Thursday and Saturday morning market.
Guest access
All areas can be used, except for one interior room, which will be closed (therefore, this room is not described in the listing).

Self check-in with lockbox from 3:00 p.m. Check out by 12:00 p.m.
We do not charge an additional cleaning fee or fee for our four-legged friends because we rely on our guests to make the space clean and not damaged.
