The space
Secluded at the back of the building, the Tramontana apartment is 45 sq metres (500sq foot) catches the cool breeze of the tramontana and lots of natural light.

Inspired by the elegant farmhouses of Salento, the Tramontana suite combines honest utilitarian textures of metal, woven stripes and warm wood in a sleek and modern open plan living layout. The fully equipped kitchen, dining space and living room are light filled and spacious. Ideal for a couple wanting a convenient location to explore the city but also a quiet space to relax in after a long day’s sightseeing.

The separate bedroom offers ample storage space and a private balcony with views of the neighbourhood.

The modern and luxurious bathroom features premium Italian fittings and finishes with generous bench space, walk in shower, toilet and bidet.

Other things to note
There is ample street parking in the neighbourhood. The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone so there is no problems driving straight to the address and my guests often find a place outside the building.
Parking is 0.70€hr between 9am & 2pm. Outside these hours, Sundays and public holidays, the parking is free.
The neighbourhood is near the inner and out ring roads of city as well as the intercity highways. This makes it easy to explore the region by my car without worrying about too much traffic getting back into the city.
