Feel comfortable and welcome in our home. If you have questions or need help, don't hesitate to contact us through our internal chat. Remember that throughout the stay you will have a receptionist at the entrance to the property to help you with any issue in our home and the area.

Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is until 11:00 am.
Housekeeping for long stays is between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm with prior coordination every 2 nights of stay.

~Don't bring people you just met to your accommodation, remember that all your belongings are here and we don't want you to put them at risk with a stranger, it will be your responsibility if any theft occurs.
~Keep your valuables in the safe, avoid displaying them when going out to see the city, remember that there is a large flow of people throughout the city.
~We are in the heart of the party and nightlife, so there may be noise some nights more than others, if necessary our concierge can give you a pair of earplugs, ask for them.
