Other things to note
The minimum age of all guests is 25 (children traveling with parents excluded). This property is best suited for families and mixed groups. Group bookings for events or single-gender parties must be pre-approved and may require an overnight butler to ensure a smooth and safe stay. Excessive noise is not allowed at any time. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. In gated communities, noise or other disturbing behavior may result in a fine. Outside vendors are not permitted at this villa; all services must be arranged through approved partners or in-house providers.
No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
No smoking is permitted inside the property.
No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized, and an event fee is paid.
Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation. The renter must disclose the number of persons in his/her group as well as the name of every member of his/her group. See the rules for additional terms.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.
Quiet time is 10 pm-9 am. Excessive noise at any time, disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are not allowed at any time. Fines of up to $3000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.
