The space
The Waddling Duck is a purpose built, brand-new property, completed in July 2025. This stunning house is a completely self-contained ,semi-detached property. The rooms are spacious, very light and airy and finished to an exceptionally high standard. The surrounding area is peaceful and pretty.
Guests will undoubtedly appreciate the attention to detail; plantation shutters, hand made kitchen, oak flooring & doors etc.A beautiful green oak-framed vaulted ceiling to the first floor creates a lovely romantic feel . Hypnos hotel mattress, sumptuous pillows and bedding, superbly comfortable upholstery. Our aim is to provide a thoroughly enjoyable & memorable stay for our guests.
There is a handmade kitchen, including dishwasher, large under counter fridge with compact freezer, large, 2-drawer air-fryer, microwave. Twin ring induction hob.Please note, there is no oven.
Situated in a peaceful position adjacent to the river, there is exclusive use of an EV car charger ( additional cost) dedicated parking and outside seating area.
Within a few minutes level walk, there is an abundance of eateries, pubs and some excellent shops as well as our renowned Georgian sea front and beautiful beaches.

There is a beautiful front garden space, with an array of cottage garden flowers, large parking space and level access to the property.

Other things to note
There is an EV charger for the sole use of guests. This does incur a cost of 30p / kW consumed.
