This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
Villa Alfredo is located in a residential area on the Benissa coast, famous for its coves along the coastal road between Moraira and Calpe. The villa is a 10-minute drive from the main beaches of Moraira, a beautiful and charming town that has become an important tourist destination in recent years due to its wonderful coastline. The town of Calpe is just a 15-minute drive away. The villa enjoys a perfectly relaxing atmosphere with open views and a high degree of privacy.

The space
Alfredo offers parking for two cars, a wonderful and spacious terrace, all on one level with a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor dining area with a gas barbecue, all surrounded by a Mediterranean-style garden with palm trees. All accommodation is located on the lower level of the villa; the upper floor remains closed and unoccupied during the rental months. The entrance to the lower level is through the covered terrace with a dining table, which leads to the kitchen with a breakfast table.

Through the hallway, we find a double bedroom with A/C, a bathroom with a shower, and another bedroom with a living room with A/C and a TV. Adjacent to the private pool and terrace, there is another covered terrace with a gas barbecue, ideal for enjoying warm days. There is an outdoor shower. The washing machine is located in a separate room, next to a toilet.
