⭐️Located in Historic Dilworth which is close to restaurants, shopping and breweries while still only 1.2 miles from Atrium Health-CMC and 2.4 miles from Novant-Presby.

The space
⭐️Newly renovated and fully equipped with brand new appliances including washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave.
⭐️Fully stocked kitchen with all the conveniences of home. Living room is equipped with a pull out sofa to accommodate your guests and a 55 inch Roku Smart TV.
⭐️At&t Fiber internet for lightning fast internet and streaming allowing you to easily work from home
⭐️Our 1 bedroom has a King bed with another Roku 55 inch Smart TV.
⭐️Screened in porches allow for you to enjoy the outside of your quaint and cozy apartment.
⭐️Apartment is located in a quadplex with a dedicated gravel off street parking lot with a designated spot for Unit 1.
⭐️It is the ideal spot to make yourself at home.

⭐️Guests will be provided with instructions on how to access the property 3 days prior to check in via email and the app.

Other things to note
⭐️Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Please message us so we can discuss your stay and your pet. A small pet fee will apply for shorter stays up to $50. Longer stays over 1 week are subject to a $150 pet charge.
⭐️Stays over 30 days are subject to Background check and verification process via Keycheck which will need to be run prior to accepting your booking.
⭐️ Guests must sign a rental agreement to complete booking.
