Nearby attractions include the Muttart Conservatory, downtown theatres and shopping, the Art Gallery of Alberta, Royal Alberta Museum, and Rogers Place (home of the Edmonton Oilers and a hub for concerts, events, and casino entertainment).

The owners live on-site in the main house (completely separate). There is a bathroom on the main entrance floor which is not included in the listing but you can certainly use if needed. The owner does tinker from time to time in the garage but does not access the suite or the elevator leading to the suite.
