This romantic house is the epitome of whimsy and charm. The lush overgrown back yard will transport you to a different world, but you’re right in the heart of Los Feliz. Ideal for families, friends, remote workers, but especially couples! There’s a unique magic in this old Los Feliz home.

The space
If you know you know…and trust me, you wan’t to know about Los Feliz. It’s a bit of a secret oasis for Angelenos. The best cafes, hiking, vintage stories, indie movie theatre, and date night spots in LA. It’s a true neighborhood and it really is right outside your front door. But thats if you actually manage to leave. Between swimming in the pool, dining under the stars, wine by the fire, or game nights under the pergola there is so much to enjoy. The front house is perfect for a family with kids, and the back house is like a retreat within a retreat: private and serene.

PLEASE DONT SET THE AC BELOW 72. The house does cool down, but if you set the AC too low it WILL FREEZE OVER and stop working for a day or possibly break.

- NO LOUD MUSIC
- NO MUSIC BY THE POOL PAST SUNSET
- NO MUSIC ON THE ROOF EVER
- ROOFTOP QUIET HOURS START AT 10pm (even talking echos throughout the neighborhood so please be respectful)
- ENTERING AND EXITING - Loud cars, drunk guests entering/exiting are disruptive.
- BEING RUDE TO THE NEIGHBORS- You will be asked to leave.

If you break any of these rules you will be asked to leave. The neighborhood is on high alert and police will be called. Remember you're staying in a home on a residential street. Please treat the space and the neighbors with respect. Otherwise you will be EVICTED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND $1000 NOISE FINE.

***POOL HEAT is an additional $200 a day. You’ll have more information in your welcome email, but it takes some time to heat up so let me know before you arrive if possible.***

Honestly, you’re in the perfect location: it’s residential, quiet, and yet right between two major highways, making it easy to get anywhere in LA. Not to mention how WALKABLE Los Feliz is. Hillhurst and Vermont Ave are two really fun streets with awesome shops and restaurants. It’s a great little date night spot…I know from experience :)

Hey there! I'm Evan, the one on the left, and my fiancé's name is Scot. I'm an actor, so I find myself living between NYC and L.A., but we are officially L.A.-based as of January. During the pandemic, the entire entertainment industry took a bit of a hiatus, and I have to say I loved it. I got to explore some new passions. Like renovating homes! After flipping a Condo in my hometown, we decided to buy a property in Los Angeles. I am excited to start Airbnb-ing out the two beautiful spaces we created on our property: a sexy bachelor-pad-vibe studio apartment and a unique Scandinavian-style tiny home. Check them out. Scot and I are both Burners! We met at Burning Man in 2017 and decided to become roommates! A year later, we returned to Burning Man and realized maybe it was right in front of us the whole time -and we've been together ever since. We love to travel, love snowboarding, and have an awesome little silver fox of a dog named Cooper Anderson. Scot's a big old tech nerd - if you have any interest in Quantum Physics or A.I., you've found a friend for life. Scot's the person at a dance party huddled in the corner, having a heart-to-heart with a stranger (which makes me the one on the dance floor step touching with my hands in the air). We could not be more excited about this next chapter in L.A. and can't wait to start sharing the home we love with some special guests. We are always open to suggestions, criticism, or thoughts on how to make your stay better and more memorable.
