FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What Linens are included?
We provide all linens for beds, as well as 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels per bed.
2. What household supplies are provided?
We provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, you can also find paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher detergent, and dish soap.
3. What does the kitchen include?
The kitchen is stocked with the following: toaster, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, various size pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set, cutlery, kettle and coffee maker.
4. Do you allow pets?
Yes, we do have a pet fee of $100 per stay and we allow up to 2 pets per reservation.
5. What time is check-in and check-out?
You may check in any time after 5:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 10:00 AM. If you need to check-in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions.
6. Is an early check-in possible?
You can check with us. If we have the day before available, we can block it for you and offer early check in for 50% of the daily rate.
7. How many bathrooms are in the house?
3 bathrooms in total, one on each floor.
8.What type of unit is this one?
You are renting the entire house for your group. You have access to all of the rooms and common areas of the house. There is a big backyard that is part of the property. We have outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the backyard area as well.
9. How fast is the internet?
Our download speed is as fast as 200Mbps which best service available in the area. The service is very reliable and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work and they do their work from home with no issues.
10. Do you offer laundry?
Yes, we do have laundry machines that you could use during your stay.
11. How does the parking work?
There is plenty of parking available in the property for your group.
12. Do you allow parties?
We do not allow parties under any circumstances. If there is a party or any unauthorized guests that are not on the original reservation, there will be a fine and your reservation will be canceled without a refund. Please respect this rule and our neighbors.
13. What activities can be done in the area?
There are so many things to do in the area - family friendly options, outdoorsy, skiing, hiking and everything in between. When you book we will send a guidebook with some recommendations with the best activities in the area.

Guests have full access to the property - interior, back deck and backyard, as well as river access.
