The space
In keeping with it's name, Casa la Vista is indeed the Casa with a view. With breathtaking views of the azure blue sea and surrounded by the hills and green canopy of the pine forest, Casa la Vista is the ultimate hideaway for those looking for uninterrupted peace and spell-binding beauty.
Situated on the north coast of Ibiza, Casa la Vista has direct access to the Mediterranean sea, a large and inviting infinity swimming pool, several courtyard gardens and is set within its privately-owned 30 acres of fragrant pine forest.

The villa is ideal both for family vacations and adult-only getaways. There is plenty to explore both inside the property and within its copious grounds, and a myriad of leisure and sporting activities on offer in the countryside nearby.
Layout of the villa:
Accessed through a private gate that leads to a tree-lined driveway, the 6-bedroom and 6-bathroom property consists of two adjacent ibithenco style houses. The smaller finca is approximately 800 years old, retaining many of its original features, including the wonderful Sabena tree ceiling and white walls, reflecting all that is charming about Ibiza.
The larger of the two houses was designed by the famous architect Rolf Blakstad and features polished limestone floors, ornamental fountains and large rooms and balconies with stunning views.
The spacious living room, with its centrepiece fireplace, opens onto a beautiful Moroccan garden on one side and onto the sea-facing terrace on the other.
All around the villa the aroma of fragrant herbs will invigorate you. Walk past mature olive and palm trees and, if in season, pick heavenly fruits from the pomegranate, fig and plum trees. The flower beds are full of roses and lavender bordering gardens of fresh grass.
There is a play area tucked away for the children with a slide and swings, but often children just want to explore the multitude of outdoor spaces hiding away and just waiting to be discovered.
The infinity pool with its decked lounge area and chic sails for shade is an ideal place to forget the cares of the world.
Our new rooftop terrace is a lovely place to spend your late afternoon relaxing and admire the sights around the villa.
Within a 3 minute stroll through the private pine forest you can swim in the sea. Cala Xucla is a sandy cove hugging the land of Casa la Vista.
At sunset you can sit on the rocks and watch the colour of the sky turn into various hues of pink, purple and orange.
Guest access
The whole villa is yours to enjoy during your stay – make the most of it by relaxing by the infinity pool, walking through the pine forest directly to a private beach, or reading a book in the sand pit terrace.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT + CITY TAX:
IMPORTANT! A damage deposit of €3,000.00 will be required to be deposited a minimum of 3 working days before check-in. Bank details will be provided upon booking.
The damage deposit will be returned to the original payment method within 7 working days after checkout, provided there are no damages to the property.
Additionally, the Spanish city tax will be collected on arrival, to be paid in cash. The city tax is priced at €2.20 per person, per day.
