Above Rocks' two villas capture the spectacular panoramic views of Chalk Sound while offering both togetherness and privacy for up to 8 guests. Every window, terrace and thoughtfully designed space frames the mesmerizing waters dotted with mystical cays that seem to float across an endless azure canvas.

The space
Enter the gated property and greet our magnificent 6-foot Buddha statue gazing serenely through the glass pivot door toward the endless expanse of Chalk Sound. Step inside the main villa's spectacular open-plan living space for one of the most dramatic "reveal" experiences in luxury travel. Floor-to-ceiling sliding pocket doors disappear completely, creating a seamless flow from the comfort of the living room through to the covered outdoor terrace overlooking the infinity edge pool that seems to pour directly into the national park’s turquoise waters.

The Main Villa: Your Waterfront Sanctuary
The main villa's upper level master suite includes a king-sized bed, an expansive patio, a luxurious soaking tub, an indoor waterfall shower, and an outdoor shower with views of the Sound. The downstairs bedroom suite includes two queen beds, its own patio with a large daybed, and an ensuite bathroom featuring its own soaking tub and waterfall shower. The main villa also has a theater room that seats eight and an outdoor kitchen with barbeque.

The Guest Villa: Your Private Floating Sanctuary
Positioned so close to Chalk Sound's edge that water seems to surround you on all sides, the guest villa creates a feeling of floating directly on the protected park's waters. The master suite features a king bed, main patio with a large daybed, and an additional side patio with sectional seating for eight. The ensuite bathroom includes an indoor waterfall shower and outdoor shower with water views. The downstairs bedroom has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and waterfall shower. The guest villa has its own plunge pool and a fully equipped gym.

We only rent the villas together, not separately. You will have the entire property to yourself!
